Final Sale Policy

All Tevrik products are handcrafted specifically for each order and are considered final sale once fabrication preparation begins.

Non-Refundable Deposits

All checkout payments are treated as non-refundable production deposits used immediately for hardwood sourcing, finishing supplies, workshop scheduling, and production preparation.

Cancellation Window

Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once material preparation or fabrication begins, orders can no longer be canceled or refunded.

Additional Conditions

• No returns or exchanges on custom handmade items
• Natural wood grain variation and tonal differences are expected
• Shipping damage claims must be reported within 48 hours
